Everything we assert, as rows you can reuse.
The site is built from a single record. This is that record: every claim with its tier and the fixed source behind it, every monograph, every story with its graded sources. Same data the pages render from, so it cannot disagree with what you read here.

Files
- /data/claims.json
One row per claim: text, tier, kind, fixed record, page.
- /data/claims.csv
The same rows as CSV, for spreadsheets.
- /data/peptides.json
One row per monograph: class, categories, status, evidence floor, counts, sequence, open questions.
- /data/news.json
One row per story: the three blocks, open question, graded sources.
Each JSON file carries a header with the version, license, and citation line, then a data array.

What the data is not
- Not a verdict on any peptide. A tier describes how a claim is supported, not whether the peptide works.
- Not dosing, protocols, or medical advice. Those fields do not exist.
- Not complete. The catalog covers 28 peptides and grows as the evidence earns it. Corrections go through the same path as everything else: corrections@peptides.info.
